Jamie Marich, PhD, LPCC-S, REAT, RYT-500, (she/they) is the founder of the Institute for Creative Mindfulness and the developer of the Dancing Mindfulness approach to expressive arts therapy. Marich is also the author of EMDR Made Simple, Trauma and the Twelve Steps, Creative Mindfulness, Trauma Made Simple Dancing Mindfulness, and Process Not Perfection: Expressive Arts Solutions for Trauma Recovery (2019).
