  • Create an effective therapeutic presence
  • Accelerate changes in the brain and improve client outcomes
  • Teach mindfulness to clients and motivate them to practice mindfulness outside of session

This is not your ordinary mindfulness seminar.

If you are frustrated with treatment outcomes using mindfulness in clinical work, chances are you are missing two core elements that research shows are essential to good therapy and treatment success.

Most mindfulness seminars provide you with a basic understanding of the “what and the why” of meditation. You likely leave feeling frustrated, trying to make connections to mindfulness and improve therapeutic outcomes.

This workshop will give you the tools that will improve two key areas:

  • Master therapeutic presence
  • Create brain-change in your clients

An overwhelming amount of research suggests that therapist presence is one of the most important factors for change. Many therapists believe they are either skilled at presence or they are not. WRONG!

In this seminar you will learn and practice a technique called Sky-Like Mind that will enable you to be more settled, open and focused with clients. This practice is guaranteed to improve the stability of your presence, thereby creating stronger connections with your clients and improving outcomes.
