Description

We spend our days taking care of others, then wonder why we are burnt out, sore, can’t sleep, and feel so irritable ….

But here’s the catch: when we neglect our own well-being, it’s not just us who suffer. Ethical missteps, poor judgment, and even client care can be at risk.

That's why we brought in ethics expert Adrianne Sturtevant, LICSW - who's trained clinicians across the country on the one skill set most of us were never taught: how to say no, set firm boundaries, and actually protect yourself without sacrificing the clients who depend on you.

This isn't a feel-good seminar about bubble baths and journaling. This is practical, ethics-grounded training that will give you the tools to reduce burnout risk, navigate boundary decisions, and develop a sustainable self-care plan you can adapt over time.

Through engaging discussion, real-world activities, and hands-on skill building, Adrianne will show you exactly how boundaries and self-care are ethically intertwined - and what the latest ethics codes actually require of you.

You’ll walk away equipped to handle it all, including:

  • Setting and maintaining boundaries with confidence
  • Applying ethical decision-making frameworks rooted in your own values
  • Navigating the latest ethics codes and guidelines on self-care
  • Integrating boundary-setting into your treatment planning
  • Using practical techniques to promote resilience and reduce burnout risk for the long haul

Leave this training feeling refreshed and reinvigorated, with a personalized ethical self-care plan you can rely on for years to come.
