Jennifer Olden, MFT

Jennifer Olden, MFT, has been providing therapy since 2000 using Emotionally Focused Therapy. She was one of the first ICEEFT certified EFT Supervisors. Jen organized the first EFT community meeting in Sacramento in 2008 and then was a co-founder of the Sacramento Davis EFT Center. She co-created the EFT Lab, an online program, which won the prestigious ICEEFT Award for Innovation and she teaches EFT throughout North America and Europe. She maintains a private practice while raising he three kids with her husband.
