Description

Who you are is more than your trauma. The brilliant work of Somatic Experiencing® recognizes how the body, heart, and mind have an extraordinary ability to heal themselves. As healers and healed, you are called upon to honor the trauma and with loving awareness to see beyond this to the inviolable spirit, the secret beauty of each life. Please join dear friends and colleagues Jack and Peter as they explore anger, fear, human suffering, and the profound power of love.

"If I always have my fist closed, I can only use it for a few things; if I always have my fist open, I can only use it for a few things, but if I can open and close my fist…" — Jack Kornfield
